HoloBit Incentive Terms & Conditions — Season 1

These Terms apply to your participation in the HoloBit Incentive Program — Season 1 (the "Program"). They form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "Participant") and HoloBit Pte. Ltd. ("HoloBit," "we," "our," or "us"). By joining or continuing to participate in the Program, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms supplement our HoloBit Terms of Service ("Main ToS"). If any conflict arises between these Terms and the Main ToS, these Terms will govern solely in relation to the Incentive Program — Season 1.
Note: This Program is currently running in public beta. HoloBit may modify program rules, rewards, or technical implementation during the beta phase. We will announce any material changes at least 72 hours in advance through official channels unless immediate action is required for legal or security reasons.
1. Your Relationship with Us
- Independent Partner. Your participation does not create an employment, agency, or joint‑venture relationship with HoloBit.
- Taxes. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying all taxes on rewards you receive.
- Identity Verification. HoloBit may require reasonable KYC/KYB documentation (e.g., W‑8/W‑9, government‑issued ID) or withholdings before any cash payout.
2. Program Rules
- Be Honest & Transparent. Clearly disclose your potential rewards (such as using hashtags like #ad, #commission) whenever sharing referral links. You must also comply with all applicable advertising laws and transparency regulations in your jurisdiction (e.g., FTC guidelines in the U.S. and equivalent laws in the EU and other regions).
- No Spam. Unsolicited email, bots, or mass postings are prohibited.
- Play Fair. Self‑referrals, fake accounts, bidding on "Holobit" keywords, or listing on coupon sites are forbidden.
- Restricted Territories. Residents or entities in jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S./E.U. sanctions or FATF high‑risk lists are not eligible. Holobit may block or reverse payouts to such jurisdictions.
3. Points
- Points Do Not Expire. Previously issued Points remain valid indefinitely.
- Points Are Non‐Transferable. Points are bound to your account and may not be sold, transferred, or used as collateral; they do not constitute a currency or security.
4. Our Rights
- Change or End the Program. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at our discretion. Whenever possible, we will provide reasonable advance notice of any material changes, except in situations where immediate action is required due to legal, regulatory, security, or operational reasons.
- No Guarantees. The Program is provided "as is." Holobit does not promise any particular amount of rewards.
- AML & Fraud Safeguards. Holobit may withhold, delay, or claw back rewards to comply with anti‑money‑laundering laws or investigate suspected fraud.
- Force Majeure & System Failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holobit is not liable for any loss or damage caused by system failures, third‐party attacks, or other force majeure events; Holobit will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist in restoring affected services.
5. Legal Stuff
- Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Holobit's liability is capped at the total commissions paid to you in the preceding 12 months.
- Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore; any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
